Payment related frequent questions and answers
You need to request quote based on your country (US and International) or India. We will go through quote and communicate further about when and how to pay us. We are working on providing various payment options. Currently, we accept payments through online money transfer to our bank account.
Once we receive your payment, we confirm and then setup your clinician in our software. This process generally takes 4-6 hours and a maximum of 1 business day.
We do provide refunds provided its a genuine request. We expect you to send a detailed email explaining your genuine reasons.
